GoodTime Magnets Return Policy
At GoodTime Magnets, we want you to love your custom photo magnets as much as we love making them! Since each magnet is made just for you, we don’t accept returns or exchanges on custom orders. But don’t worry—we’re here to make things right if something’s off.
Order Issues
If your order arrives damaged, has a printing error, or isn’t what you expected:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Email support@goodtimemagnets.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
We’ll review it and offer a replacement or store credit—whichever works best for you.
Cancellations
Because we start working on your magnets soon after you order, cancellations may not be possible. Email us immediately at support@goodtimemagnets.com. Please double-check everything before submitting!
